Bee Nickerson

Bee is the company's marketing director, movement director, and designer!  Bee or Bailey, is originally from a small town on the coast of Connecticut which is "a hop, skip, and a jump" from New York City and Boston. Prior to college, she studied multiple styles of dance primarily focusing of ballet at schools such as Eastern Connecticut Ballet and the Dance Center of Old Lyme. She earned her BA in theatre performance from Western Connecticut State University, while there she gained experience in acting as well as choreography (working with Tony winners/nominees Elizabeth Parkinson and Scott Wise) as well as costuming (working with Lion King costumer Joni Johns Learner) and scenic art (working with Good Morning America designer Elizabeth Popiel). While in university she attended Broadway Theatre Project and Stella Adler Studio of Acting's Chekhov Intensive. Bee has worked with the grammy nominated company ACT of Connecticut on their production of Godspell as their Assistant Costume Designer in 2020. Bee has joined the LIPA MA Acting (company) immediately after graduating university. In her free time she cosplays which has garnered her about 3.3K followers on Tiktok. Bee has a huge passion for classical plays and literature, "that absolutely means Shakespeare" which is reflected in her cosplays. In addition to her passion for cosplay, Bee collects Manatees! Some of her favourites include a manatee ocarina and 'manatea' infuser. Bee feels so lucky to, "be working with such an extraordinary group of people".
